don't worry be happy

I would love it if a student handed in an assignment like that to me =) 








Because, really, what is life about if not about being happy?

10 things that make me HAPPY:

1. the love of my life, my fiance
2. sunshine
3. riding my bike beside the ocean
4. getting lost in a good book
5. laying in savasana after practicing yoga
6. dancing my butt off (anywhere, anytime)
7. a banana popsicle on a hot summer day
8. knowing that I've made a positive difference in someone's day (or life)
9. my friends and family (and all of the crazy things we do!)
10. drinking a hot cup of tea
