So I just looked at the countdown on my phone... 150 days until our wedding! OMG. I still can't quite believe it. I just can't actually imagine everyone showing up and all of the little details coming together. But I am confident and care-free enough to know that it is going to be one of the very greatest days of my life. Besides, all that really matters at the end of the day is that I will be MARRIED. Ahhhh!! I am so excited and it makes me smile every night as I drift to sleep, knowing that my best friend and the man who shares my bed with me now will be the same man whose shining face I will wake up to for the next sixty or so years!
Here is a picutre of us on a rainy night in gastown. We are actually in costume. We were doing a photoshoot... this photo was made into a poster which was used in a movie. It was supposed to look vintage and because we were in gastown on a Saturday night we had to hold each pose for so long because the photographer was waiting for the cabs and modern cars in the background to drive away. It was pretty exhausting and very cold and wet but the photos we got out of it were so worth it. Plus I'm now in a movie... even if I am just a poster on some teenaged girl's wall.
Take care.
xoxo, allie
